Wedding tiers under a five-day window get a decline, not a rush fee — the reasoning for that is on the custom cakes page. Nothing submitted here is a binding order until a tasting happens and a deposit is paid.

Ask before you write it out

If a form field does not fit the question, the chat in the corner reaches the same office. It is not staffed around the clock — during baking hours someone at the counter answers directly, and outside those hours a message waits for the next morning.

Counter hours, by day

This is the only page on the site that breaks hours out day by day. The custom side keeps its own calendar built around tasting appointments and is not tied to these hours.

Saturday	7:00 – 14:00	Tasting appointments run by prior booking only, not walk-in.
Sunday	8:00 – 13:00	Shorter bake, counter closes early to reset for Monday.

Holiday hours are not listed here since they change year to year — call ahead the week of a major holiday.
